At LiVNiX.com, we provide a seamless and stress-free return policy, allowing you to effortlessly return your purchase within 30 days to ensure complete satisfaction. We offer you the freedom to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the original receipt date if, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

General Return & Exchange Requirements

  1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in a pristine condition, unused, undamaged, and either uninstalled or disassembled.
  2. For the return to be accepted, the item must be accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Please refrain from discarding any original packaging or wrapping materials from the item(s) you have received.
  3. When returning the item, please ensure that all accessories and parts are securely packed within the original packaging.
  4. To assess the condition and determine the eligibility for return, please provide at least one full-view picture of the product and its outer box, as well as a picture of the internal packing.

Unless they are delivered in a damaged condition, there are certain items that cannot be returned.

  1. Items marked as clearance
  2. Personalized items are generally non-returnable.
  3. Items labeled as "Non-Returnable" on the product page are excluded from our return policy.

Kindly take note:

  1. For returns without any quality issues, customers shall be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  2. Please be advised that items returned without proper authorization are not eligible for a refund.
  3. We kindly request that you refrain from sending your return to the address listed on your package, as it is not our designated return address. Doing so may hinder the processing of your return. To obtain the specific return address, please contact our customer service at service@livnix.com.
  4. In the event of a defective product return caused by our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to initiate a general return & exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly follow these three simple steps.

Please contact us at service@livnix.com, provide your order number and the reasons for a return or exchange. Once you have submitted your request, our dedicated customer service representatives will promptly follow up with you via email to verify the eligibility for return or exchange. Upon approval of your request, you will receive a "Return/Exchange Approval" email containing the designated return address.

Step 2: package and ship out the items

Upon receiving the email containing return address, please ensure to ship out the package within 7 days using a traceable shipping method.

Please proceed to package the item(s) carefully before you ship it out, ensuring that all parts are returned in their original packaging. Ship out the package(s) using trackable shipping methods and kindly provide us with the tracking number and carrier details. Please note that untrackable returns may cause delays in the refund process.

Step 3: refund or exchange

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your item(s), we’ll send a notification email confirming its receipt and the subsequent processing of your refund or exchange. The refund will be issued to the original account from which the funds were initially withdrawn.

Upon receiving your package, returns will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account.

Kindly note that for refunds made via credit card payment, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credited amount to reflect in your account. It is generally advisable to exercise patience and allow the return process to proceed. However, if you encounter any unusual delays, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

 Faulty or Damaged Products

In the event of any errors with your order or if you receive defective/damaged products upon receipt, we are committed to resolving the issue by:

  1. sending you the correct replacement parts and accessories.
  2. sending you a whole replacement or issue a full refund.

 Upon receiving your purchase, we kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect it and promptly notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage, or incorrect items. If there is an issue with the product, we recommend contacting our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items.

 How to Change or Cancel An Order?

Please carefully review your order information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, if you wish to make changes to the product or cancel it, please contact our customer service at service@livnix.com, and our customer service team will verify the status of your order and provide guidance on how to proceed.

Once an order has been shipped out, it can no longer be changed or canceled. However, you can initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange policy after receiving the order.
