We deliver exclusively to the 48 contiguous states.
All packages are shipped in strong boxes, we will inform and schedule the most suitable time with you for your in-home delivery.
Track your order through the link in your shipping confirmation email or sign up for SMS updates.For special delivery requests, contact us immediately after placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.
Manufacturing Time
We strive to deliver your LiVNiX creation as quickly as possible without compromising on craftsmanship. Check your Order Confirmation email for the most accurate manufacturing time. If you have an urgent need, let us know, and we’ll do our best to expedite the process.
Shipping Time
We provide FREE standard shipping within the 48 continental United States. For items stocked in our US warehouse, the estimated delivery time is typically 4-11 business days from the date of shipment.
However, for items not stocked in the US warehouse, the delivery time is expected to be 25-35 business days (5-7 weeks) after being shipped.

In order to provide you with the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service.We have partnered with leading shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and reputable freight shipping companies.
Shipping Rates
We provide free standard shipping for orders shipped within the 48 continental United States. States outside of the shipping range include: Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Kindly take notes:
- At present, we do not provide expedited shipping options.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Therefore, we kindly request customers to provide a valid street address for delivery. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, which may result in a delay in the shipment of your order.
- Items weighing less than 150lbs will be shipped via UPS, while items weighing more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.
- Our website can only accommodate one shipping address per order. Therefore, if you require delivery to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders for each shipping address.
International Shipping
Currently, we provide free standard shipping exclusively within the 48 continental United States. An we do not offer international shipping to other countries.
Order Status & Tracking

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes are challenging once a shipment is on its way, but we’ll assist if possible. You may be responsible for any rerouting charges.
Receiving Your Order
Inspect your package upon arrival to ensure it hasn’t been damaged. If your LiVNiX product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Packaging for Returns
To return an item, use the original packaging and padding materials. Returns within 14 days require original packaging; otherwise, additional costs may apply.
In Case of Damage or Defect
If you encounter damage or defects, take photos of the issue (including packaging) and email them to service@livnix.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll address the issue promptly.
Missing Parts
If any parts are missing from your order, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
